SATURN has created this oven to reactivate glues.
Its infrared technology allows you to reactivate glues in a few seconds.
The surface is equipped with a conveyor belt 180 mm wide and a total length of about 600 mm.
The power of the infrared rays and the speed of the belt are adjustable via 2 potentiometers for managing the reactivation times.
The semi-automatic procedure allows you to insert the parts to be reactivated by inserting them at the entrance of the oven and recovering them at the exit.
The device is also equipped with a reverse gear selector that guarantees flexibility by allowing the belt to be turned clockwise or counterclockwise.
Two entry and exit bulkheads adjustable in height from 10 to 100 mm depending on the thickness of the pieces to be reactivated.
